Human Capital Territory Supervisor Jawa Barat
Work Description
- Understanding the end-to-end business process of Human Capital well (such as Staffing, Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Termination, etc)
- Coordinate and implement Human Capital programs as the Human Caputal representative in the territory
- Support strategic partnering activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in achieving targets
- Create organizational performance improvement programs
- Monitor each parameter of the Organization Health Index (OHI)
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experienced minimum of 2 years as HR Generalist (preferably from a Retail / Telecommunication / Distribution and/or a company with a minimum of 1-2K employees)
- Have good communication, strong leadership, and analytical skills
- Having a good knowledge and experience in HRBP is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
- Willing and ready to work mobile and be transferred as needed
