Our valuable client, a multinational company is currently looking for potential candidates to be develop as Account Manager to handle corporate clients (B2B). Placement in Denpasar, Bali.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using company products / services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing portfolio of accounts (Small-Medium corporate business) to achieve long-term success via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential networks in Denpasar area and partial Badung.
  • Ensure all customer issues/concerns in regards to customer service, service recovery and credit control are well coordinated and managed with relevant departments.
  • Controlling all documentations and data relating to customer visits, agreements and terms of reference, to ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, any field.
  • Having at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales B2B / Account Manager B2B
  • Have experience in handling corporate clients
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Willing to mobile and have a valid driving license (A)
  • Good interpersonal skill, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to work in a team and has a good organization skills
  • Must be innovative and have good analytical skills
  • Able to manage, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels of management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
