Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Ecommerce Manager at Javana Royal Villas in Bali, Indonesia. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing ecommerce platforms, and implementing marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, communicating with customers, driving sales growth, and optimizing the ecommerce experience.

- Experience in sales strategy development and ecommerce management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-year experience in similar position
- Experience using hotel management platforms, OTA and digital marketing tools
- Familiar with VHP system
- Come up with creative ideas, innovative and revenue-oriented
- Honest, discipline, positive attitude, flexible, proactive, motivated and energic
- Able to work as a team and individual.
- Able to join immediately
- Able to drive a car and have driving license (SIM A)
