Job Description :
- Achieve the KPI targets (Sales target, doors, AR overdue, profitability)
- Create a strategy for an effective and efficient national distribution pattern to optimize the Coverage pattern in order to achieve the company's targets and performance.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of branches in accordance with the established SOP.
- Create and ensure the existence of operational work standards in branches by working together with the audit team.
- Monitor and create action plans to achieve national distribution targets.
- Monitor, action plans for national A/R in coordination with the finance manager.
- Control branch operational costs.
- Plan national stock opname and monitor the implementation and results in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Ensure that the warehouse management system is run by the branch office which includes monthly stock opname, daily cycle count, warehouse temperature monitoring and ensure that the branch carries out the product delivery process to customers in accordance with applicable SOPs set by the company.
