- Liaise with Government Authorities: Manage administrative tasks related to Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) and Diknas (Dinas Pendidikan) to ensure compliance with educational regulations.
- IT & Systems Support: Handle Learning Management Systems (LMS), provide support for the ANBK (Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer) system, and ensure smooth operation of school technology platforms.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of school events, ensuring all administrative details are in place.
- Content Creation: Design, edit, and produce promotional videos and presentations for school events, social media, and other marketing purposes.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining records, managing student and staff data, and facilitating communication between the school and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Aged between 24 – 35 years
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as school staff with a good track record
- Strong proficiency in English
- IT skills, especially in handling Learning Management Systems and the ANBK system
- Experience in managing Dapodik and Diknas administration
- Creativity in designing, editing, and producing videos for school events, promotions, and presentations
