Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and leading the Sales Department by providing a strategic sales plan.
- Establish sales objectives for all sales to meet sales targets.
- Identify targeted customer segmentation based on market research data.
- Acting as Marketing to prepare and execute promotion activities in all related media to increase product sales.
- Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree on the terms.
- Plan and do the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Ensuring that all marketing efforts are in line with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
- Regularly assessing the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the allocation and expenditure of the marketing budget to ensure funds are used efficiently and effectively
- Upholding high ethical standards in marketing practices to maintain the company’s reputation and consumer trust
- Ensuring that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
