Position: Creative Channel Supervisor
About The Role
For this role, the aim is to conduct market mapping, develop work plans, build strategic partnerships, and ensure that business operations run effectively and efficiently in line with company targets.
What You Will Do?
- Conduct mapping and develop a work plan to increase sales from new business sources.
- Collaborate with Creative Channel to increase the penetration of KCH products through mutual substitution.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties.
- Implement PDCA to run operations systematically and in line with company strategy.
- Actively collaborating and building strong relationships with vendors/third parties to ensure business continuity.
- Prepare regular reports and conduct analysis to support the implementation of effective and efficient programs.
What You Will Need?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have relevant experience minimum 2 years in the similar position (experience in Creative Channel will be preferred)
- Experience in community engagement with community members and institutions
- Experience in Business Development
- Possess good communication, good leadership skill, proactive, and agile.
