  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PT. Pelsart Tambang Kencana, a leading gold mining company currently in the construction phase, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or review project plans and documentation, including scope, deliverables, resources, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and/or review engineering designs, MTO, BOM, BOQ, and other technical documents.
  • Review Material Services Requisition (MSR), Request for Proposal (RFP), and tender documents, including supporting documents.
  • Develop Request for Proposal (RFP), tender documents, and supporting documents for project scopes assigned by the Head Office.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, procurement, and legal departments in the tender process, scope clarification, vendor selection proposal review, and contract preparation.
  • Create civil designs and project cost estimates when required (not primary responsibility).
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and the Project Control team to determine work priorities, monitor project schedule, cost, and budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management as a Project Engineer or Civil Engineer.
  • Proven experience in managing projects in the mining or mining infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience in project development and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera, and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of standard construction contract formats.
