The Grab Rental team is a young/established/longstanding team responsible for fleet operations management. We make an impact by Quality Control of Fleet operations, Securing our fleet Assets & cost reduction. Your team will be made up of Grab Rental vehicles for a better way of our customers (B2C,B2B & B2D) . If you are looking for an opportunity, then you should join our team!

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Operation Associate to monitoring fleet operation in cities. We believe that you have the awareness of our fleet Quality Control and accuration of condition our fleet ops, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. You will maintain and increase our Quaity Control before handover to our customers and collaboration with the stakeholder in the future. You will reporting to the manager and the role will be onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You lead Quality Controls and assets data accuracy
• You drive how to speed up the ready unit to sell (rent)
• You will do the cost reduction related good assets
• You develop the process in out the assets, do able with all shelter ops team, and controllable.
• You are responsible for Securing and maintain Good unit based on Grab Rental SOP
• You support the Good Quality unit before handover to our customers on the daily basis.
• You make an impact by Good services to customers (specifically for Grab Drivers) related fleet Assets and the after sales also (maintenance)
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have experience with Fleet Operation 1 years minimum
• You are an experienced in fleet operation and after sales services 1 years minimum
• You can able to work with partner and external workshops and Grab Rental ops
• You showcase how to drive our external workshop partners
• You are knowledgeable of SLA of repair, and estimation of not good unit become good unit
• You have an experience of flow process Repair, Asset Checking point, Controlling the sparepart, etc.
