Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll and Employee Relation Supervisor at Wave Technology in Yogyakarta. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing whole payroll processes, overseeing employee relations, implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or Compensation & Benefits role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures including employment contract
  • Knowledge of Income Tax (PPh21) both for calculation and reporting
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
