Job Description:
- Develop and manage the company’s compensation strategy, including salary structures, pay scales, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs.
- Conduct market surveys and compensation benchmarking studies to ensure that the organization remains competitive in terms of pay and benefits.
- Analyze market data to make recommendations on salary adjustments or new benefits offerings.
- Analyze internal and external data related to compensation trends, employee performance, and salary disparities.
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) for compensation and benefits tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in System Information, Information Technology, Information Management (preferable), or Accounting, Finance, etc
- Having 5-7 Years of Experience in HR or Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data related to salary structures, benefits, and market trends.
- Data Management: Expertise in managing large datasets, benchmarking surveys, and compensation analysis.
- Market Benchmarking and Trends: Knowledge of industry compensation standards and staying updated on current trends in salary, benefits, and employee retention strategies.
- Understand about Excel, PPT, Tax 21, BPJS
- Experience handling more than 5k employees
