Job Description:

  • Develop and manage the company’s compensation strategy, including salary structures, pay scales, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct market surveys and compensation benchmarking studies to ensure that the organization remains competitive in terms of pay and benefits.
  • Analyze market data to make recommendations on salary adjustments or new benefits offerings.
  • Analyze internal and external data related to compensation trends, employee performance, and salary disparities.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) for compensation and benefits tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in System Information, Information Technology, Information Management (preferable), or Accounting, Finance, etc
  • Having 5-7 Years of Experience in HR or Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data related to salary structures, benefits, and market trends.
  • Data Management: Expertise in managing large datasets, benchmarking surveys, and compensation analysis.
  • Market Benchmarking and Trends: Knowledge of industry compensation standards and staying updated on current trends in salary, benefits, and employee retention strategies.
  • Understand about Excel, PPT, Tax 21, BPJS
  • Experience handling more than 5k employees
