Visual Merchandiser Associate

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our brand is consistently and effectively represented, while enhancing the overall in-store experience for our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze customer preferences.
• Manage and plan store layouts and space planning
• Keep on track of visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Design using related software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
• Ensure brand consistency across visual merchandising efforts.
• Planning and coordinating offline channels and vendors.
• Analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising designs and provide regular reports.
• Manage budgets allocate resources efficiently.
• Overseeing seasonal changes, product launches, and promotional events.
• Will be working in flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Designers.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
• Excellent creativity and artistic ability.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to travel as needed for store visits and events.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
