Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning: Plan, develop and manage high-quality content across various platforms, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube), blogs, and newsletters in daily & weekly basis.
  • Content Creation: Produce and execute in video production process including conceptualization, storyboarding, scheduling, recording, editing, and posting.
  • Trend Research: Conduct research on upcoming fashion trends and social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. Use insights to refine and optimize content strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Creative Ideation: Generate innovative content ideas that align with brand values and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
  • Audience Engagement: Understand and effectively communicate with our target audience—Indonesia's fashion luxury customers—by tailoring content to their preferences and behaviors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • A deep love for watches, with a strong understanding of different watch brands, types, and industry trends.
  • Prior experience or extensive knowledge in the watch industry, including familiarity with major watchmakers, collectors' trends, and unique timepiece features.
  • A creative mindset with a talent for generating unique and captivating content ideas centered around watches.
  • Confident and proficient in managing the end-to-end creation process, from concept to post-production.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and viral content, keeping the brand relevant and engaging in the watch industry.
  • ⁠Able to express various facial expressions and body gestures that align with the key message of each video.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong pronunciation and the ability to clearly convey ideas about watches.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance and extract actionable insights.
  • ⁠Strong ability to research watch industry trends and social media engagement strategies.
  • Willingness to understand and engage with Indonesia's watch market, tailoring content to meet the interests and preferences of the local audience.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in the same position or related field.
  • Experience working with Retail Industry.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills.
