About the Company:
FinanSys are a 25+ year established company selling, implementing and supporting SunSystems accounting software, Oracle NetSuite ERP, SaaS based Business Process Management application, and have launched an exciting and unique new SaaS based software (UniFi) for the finance and accounting function of all businesses.
About This Role:
Responsible to maintain and optimize database systems, develop and implement ETL scripts and tests, collaborate with teams and clients, debug issues, document procedures, and continuously improve coding skills.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, implementation also maintain the Documentation flow.
- Create and maintain the information architecture.
- Write an easy-to-understand user interface of text and development guides.
- Review and Analyse system specifications.
- Conduct post-release or post implementation of testing
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate documentation activities
- Provide any feedback on product design, implementation, and optimization.
- Up to date with new tools and technologies for the documentation area.
- Work with a technical squad to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products (application) and the documentation requirements.
- Involved in delivering high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended users such as (investor relations, audit teams, also internal and external users).
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation with min. 3 year experience.
- Knowledge of IT systems and IT Methodologies.
- Experience designing and maintaining environments for a single source of truth platform.
- Familiarity with Unified Modelling Language and Cloud Architecture (GCP/AWS).
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fast learner and self-starter also dynamic working environment.
- Proven experience in document development life cycle (DDLC).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
