Job Overview

Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for handling and recording customer complaints, addressing quality issues, and providing effective technical solutions. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring quality concerns are communicated and resolved efficiently. Additionally, you will coordinate rework or sorting activities, either at the customer’s site or on Amcor premises, when required. This role requires a focus on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and adherence to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal Standards, and BRCGS packaging material guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and record customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Communicate customer quality concerns to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate rework or sorting activities at customer sites or Amcor premises when needed.
  • Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis for technical complaints.
  • Ensure activities follow ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal Standards, and BRCGS packaging materials guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related fields).
  • Maximum 2 years of experience in handling customer complaints and problem-solving, with strong analytical skills.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical thinking are welcome.
  • Physically fit, energetic, and not colorblind.
  • Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
