GRIT AI is partnering with a leading IT Consultant to find a skilled Business Analyst who will analyze business needs and bridge the gap between technology and business solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about understanding business processes and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Ensure a deep understanding of business needs to effectively translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to update them on project progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Propose solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Documentation: Develop detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and proposed solutions, ensuring clarity for both the business and technical teams.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other technical team members to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered within the project scope.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in process analysis, requirement documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality business solutions.

Recruitment Stages:

Offline Interview with VP Level: The initial interview will be conducted in person with the VP-level team to assess your analytical skills and understanding of business requirements. This interview may be scheduled after office hours (from 17:30 onwards) to accommodate your availability without requiring leave from your current job.

Offline Interview with the Director : If you pass the first stage, you will have an in-person meeting with the Director to discuss your fit for the role and the potential projects you will work on.
