Lead sales efforts and business development initiatives in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the HoReCa sector (Kalimantan & Sulawesi Area).
  • Regularly forecast sales and budgets, reporting progress to management.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met through effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and desires.
  • Develop customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Actively engage with clients, distributors, sponsors, and partners, conducting regular meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Explore new business opportunities while maintaining strong corporate channel relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and the company’s competitive position.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to create products based on research and customer feedback.
  • Lead and guide the sales team, providing feedback and training to improve performance.
  • Monitor sales progress, ensuring it aligns with predetermined targets and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals.
  • Support product development by providing market research and customer insights.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to aid in strategic decision-making and identify new growth avenues.

  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in the HoReCa sector.
