Role Description

This is a contract Business Development Executive role located on-site in Jakarta. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for sales, Lead Generation, Business communication, and Account Management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to promote the company’s products/services.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase their business volume.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development or B2B Sales
  • Skills & Attributes:

a. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

b. High motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed targets.

c. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

d. Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic situations.

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiar with SaaS products and B2B is a plus.
