Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing global marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and brand vision.
  • Develop and implement global marketing execution plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the digital and content marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality execution of marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels and markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing content, including writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing collateral.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Support the development and management of social media channels, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design teams, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing data analytics to produce data-driven decisions and optimizations.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website visibility.
  • Design, launch, and manage SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns, including paid search ads, to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing goals.
  • Oversee the activation and management of advertising accounts across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication within the marketing team and across departments to drive successful campaign execution and align on broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a marketing team, with a strong understanding of leadership and team-building principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and content distribution networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive data-driven decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Portfolio of previous work showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and team leadership experience.
