The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities and make sure that deals happen
- Client Acquisition: Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities and make sure that deals happen
- Manage project's timeline and action plans to manage onboarding the clients as expected schedule
- Evaluating, writing, and presenting proposals
- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Support with and interact and engage with different stakeholders
- Collecting data from external sources of potential clients
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or entrepreneurship from B2B, start up company (e-commerce industry is preferable)
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree level education (preferable but not limited to management and business) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Demonstrate great problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments
- A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellence communication skills, fluent in English. Able to communicate in Japan or Korea is preferable
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
