Requirements:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical apparel design, preferably in a performance or activewear brand.
o Proven experience in taking designs from concept to production.
• Skills:
o Strong technical design skills, including pattern making, grading, and garment construction.
o Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO, Optitex, or similar CAD software).
o In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment manufacturing processes.
o Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
o Knowledge of industry standards for apparel fit, sizing, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Development:
o Create innovative and functional designs for apparel and accessories, focusing on both aesthetics and performance. o Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for each product.
o Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims based on functionality, performance, and sustainability.
o Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities. o Manage the entire design process from concept to final product, including prototyping, testing, and revisions.
• Technical Expertise:
o Ensure that all designs meet the company’s technical requirements, including fit, construction, and performance standards. o Conduct garment fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns and designs.
o Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the apparel and fashion industry.
o Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of samples and final products.
o Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design and production process.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align product designs with brand strategy and market demands. o Communicate design concepts and technical details to internal teams and external partners.
o Provide technical support and guidance to the production team to ensure the integrity of the final product.
o Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.
