  17. Work collaboratively with other departments (HR, Legal and Finance) to achieve overall business objectives.
  18. Collaborate with the HR department to provide support on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations matters.
  19. Ensure adherence to relevant HR and legal regulations and policies.
  20. Assist coordinating with Legal in the drafting, reviewing, and execution of sales contracts.
  21. Conduct legal research on various HR and legal matters.
  22. Assist with general office administration tasks, such as filing, data management, document management, petty cash management and scheduling appointments.
  23. Prepare monthly management reports and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  24. Assist with Indonesia tax matters, such as PPH23.
  25. Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Law, or any other equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other related office tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR and legal regulations and requirements in the country.
