- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, and coordinating customer requests.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting data cleaning and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify renewal opportunities and gather customer information to streamline the renewal process.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance reports.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.
- Update and maintain the company's customer and prospect database.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to build positive relationships and resolve issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Acting Head of Indonesia/ Advisor of Indonesia.
- Coordinate office operations, including appointments, interviews, meetings, training, and events.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (HR, Legal and Finance) to achieve overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR department to provide support on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure adherence to relevant HR and legal regulations and policies.
- Assist coordinating with Legal in the drafting, reviewing, and execution of sales contracts.
- Conduct legal research on various HR and legal matters.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, such as filing, data management, document management, petty cash management and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare monthly management reports and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist with Indonesia tax matters, such as PPH23.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Law, or any other equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different levels of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other related office tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR and legal regulations and requirements in the country.
