We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and industry influencers.
  • Present and demonstrate our ERP solutions to potential clients, showcasing their value proposition and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to the product development team.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing individual and team quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the ERP or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their implementation process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, resulting in successful sales conversions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and contract management.
