Job purpose:

You will be responsible in leading all assigned events and marketing activities, from conceptualizing to implementation in order to achieve company’s marketing goals and objectives to produce high quality and cost-effective result across Southeast Asia. To support the Company’s mission, values and key strategic priorities to achieve maximum sales and brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for conceptualizing and leading all technical events and marketing activities, which includes event planning to graphic design and promotional materials, to ensure accurate and optimal delivery of projects.
  • Manage and collaborate with suppliers and service providers which includes controlling expenditures, prioritizing activities and maintaining brand equity through all tactics and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Business teams within Southeast Asia to formulate effective marketing communication strategy in order to achieve maximum sales and brand awareness.
  • Effectively keep track of projects, manage time to meet project deadlines and backup project artworks.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
  • Maintain corporate communication and identity consistency throughout the organization.
  • Manage in marketing related activities such as organizing seminars, trade shows and mass mailing etc as assigned.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
  • Responsible for writing, editing and securing approval for all assigned content.
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Mass Communications, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in related B2B industry
  • Excellent writing, communication skills and a creative flair
  • Possess good organisational, analytical, planning and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes
  • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including the sales and application engineers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and energetic and able to work independently
  • Well Versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Canva
  • Prior experience at a digitally native vertical brand will be considered an advantage
