Job Description:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase student enrollment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract prospective students and meet enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct effective communication and presentations to showcase the school's unique value proposition.
- Conduct outreach activities, including Open House, School fairs and events, to promote the school and attract potential students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international education systems and admission processes is an advantage.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Working location is in BSD, Tangerang.
