Meta Ads Specialist (or Social Ads Specialist) is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other social media platforms. The main focus of this role is driving user acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and achieving business growth through social media channels.

Job Description :

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other social platforms like Tiktok, Snack Video etc.
  2. Implement platform-specific best practices for audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats.
  3. Work with creative teams to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives (video, image, carousel, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  4. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  5. Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, Social Media,Lead Nurture, Brand team) to align marketing strategy.
  6. Stay up to date with social media advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform-specific innovations.
  7. Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize result with healty ROAS.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in social media advertising with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and improving customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Experience with creative development, especially for video and mobile-first ad formats (e.g., TikTok video ads).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization techniques with data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
  • Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, as it aligns with industry-specific app user behaviors and marketing strategies.
  • Have Meta Blueprint certifications (prefered).
