Job purpose:

We are looking for a passionate candidate in digital marketing. You will be helping to manage the marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEM, SEO, display, Facebook, LinkedIn, content marketing. You will work closely with the team to create integrated marketing plans and you will manage marketing budgets to drive sales with demonstrated ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
  • Manage SEO campaigns
  • Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in related B2B industry
  • Excellent writing, communication skills and a creative flair
  • Possess good organisational, analytical, planning and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes
  • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including the sales and application engineers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and energetic and able to work independently
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Prior experience at a digitally native vertical brand will be considered an advantage
