Job Description

Front Office Manager

First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Manager, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop, conduct maintain all training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Work closely with the Hotel Manager / General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in operation.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English
  • additional languages are a plus
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in identical role
  • Hotel operational experience is desirable.
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
