Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Lead Generation/Sales Operations Specialist to help drive their sales efforts and optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, sales operations, and data automation. This role involves generating qualified leads, analyzing sales data, and streamlining operational tasks to support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including data scraping, outbound outreach, and digital tools.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead acquisition strategies, helping to drive new client and partner acquisition.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in lead generation and sales conversion.

- Manage and optimize the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.

- Support the sales team with operational tasks, including CRM management, sales reporting, and automation of routine processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data scraping tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about optimizing processes.
