Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our healthcare management systems. You will be responsible for conducting tests, documenting issues, and ensuring that our products are user-friendly and functionally robust. This role involves responding to user feedback, creating release notes, and assisting in the maintenance of product documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing on new features, updates, and bug fixes to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • User Support: Respond to user inquiries related to product functionality, helping to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they encounter.
  • Documentation: Write and update release notes and maintain product documentation, ensuring users have up-to-date information on the latest changes and features.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and report any software bugs or usability issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, report on test results, and provide feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in refining quality assurance processes to enhance product testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in software testing, quality assurance, and product development.
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Semarang full-time.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with quality assurance tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
