Role Description
- Collaborate with management to ensure that strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Oversee the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, tailored to specific job roles.
- Utilize performance management tools to offer guidance and constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR management practices.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a nightlife lifestyle environment.
