Head of Corporate HR (Hotel Background - PIK, North Jakarta)

Role Description

• Collaborate with management to ensure that strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Oversee the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, tailored to specific job roles.
• Utilize performance management tools to offer guidance and constructive feedback to the team.
• Provide support and direction to HR staff, addressing employee issues and conflicts to achieve resolutions.
• Maintain employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and vacation leave.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale-building initiatives.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies based on performance evaluations.
• Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
• Maintain up-to-date organization charts and employee directories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR management practices.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a nightlife lifestyle environment.
