  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dalung, Bali. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting consultations with clients, guiding them through the real estate process, and providing expert advice. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in Indonesia, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a basic understanding of Indonesia's legal framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with clients, both domestic and international, to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating the complexities of the Bali real estate market, including property selection, legal processes, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the Dreamscape team to ensure client satisfaction and successful property transactions.
  • Manage multiple client cases efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
  • Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate sales agent role in Indonesia.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesia's legal framework related to real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must reside in Bali and be able to work from our Dalung office.
