Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing plans that support hospital goals
• Execute targeted campaigns across digital, social media, content, and traditional channels
• Create consistent brand messaging for all marketing materials
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and patient preferences
• Analyze campaign performance data to improve future initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical teams to create effective marketing materials
Qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platform, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that capture attention
• Comfort working with data and using analytics to inform decision-making
• A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact
• Domicile in Medan or willing to be placed in Medan
