Intern - Employment Background Screening

We are now searching for a Intern - Employment Background Screening.

The role is based in Jakarta and reports directly to the Asisstant Manager Employent Background Screening.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct employment screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, and databases, and contacting the informant such as telephone or email
• Verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing, and databases
• Email and messages to sources when required
• Phone conversations with university and company representatives
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Preferably majoring in Psychology, Criminology, Journalism, and Marketing Communication.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and curious attitude.
• Able to communicate (write and speak) in English
• Able to operate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  
  
  

Additional Notes:

• Fresh graduates who majored in Social Science are welcome to apply, with a GPA minimum of 3.00, or
  
  
  

Final-year students majoring in Social Science with no credits left and have done thesis defenses are welcome to apply

• Expected to join immediately.
• Able to work full-time for 3 months (can be adjusted according to college's requirements).
• Regular working hours are 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM.
