Job Description:

1. Instagram & TikTok Management:

  • Manage and schedule posts, content planning, and copywriting.
  • Respond to messages and interact with the audience.
  • Monitor account performance and growth.

2. Content Creation:

  • Responsible for daily content creation, with major content outsourced.
  • Create engaging visuals and posts, when needed, to align with campaigns.

3. Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective digital marketing strategies, especially for Instagram and TikTok campaigns.

4. Campaign Analysis:

  • Measure and analyze the success of marketing strategies using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Adjust and refine strategies based on performance data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
  • Passion for the beauty sector is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Social Media Specialist or Marketing staff in the beauty industry is preferred.

Skills:

  • Basic photo editing and graphic design: Proficiency in tools like Canva or other graphic creation apps.
  • Social media analytics: Ability to track and analyze key metrics on social media platforms.
  • Copywriting & content creation: Experience in crafting engaging posts and creating attention-grabbing content.
  • Meta Ads knowledge (preferred).
