Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the end to end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and interviews.
- Support onboarding by coordinating orientation activities for new hires.
- Provide support in handling basic employee relations matters and other HR-related tasks.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different HR functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
