Job Descriptions:

  1. Working closely with Human Capital Team to Plan, Manage, and Execute Training Program from Entry Level to Managerial Level.
  2. Build People Development Strategy for Store and Head Office Employee.
  3. Research Learning and Development practices in order to meet organizational, department, and individual development needs.
  4. Produce and Maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures.
  5. Monitor and collate Learning and Development evaluation forms
  6. Manage the Learning and Development syllabus and timeline.
  7. Work dedicated for Erablue Electronics (joint-venture Retail Electronics Company between Erajaya Group & MWG Vietnam).

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related fields.
  2. Experienced minimum 4 years as People Development/Trainer/other related fields.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
  5. Attention to Detail, Pro-Active, and Communicative.
  6. Self-driven and Responsible is a must.
  7. Good Appearance, Easy Going, and Agile.
  8. Able to work in a Fast-Paced Industry and to work underpressure.
  9. Ready to work for office Monday - Friday at our Head Office in West Jakarta.
