Job Descriptions:
- Working closely with Human Capital Team to Plan, Manage, and Execute Training Program from Entry Level to Managerial Level.
- Build People Development Strategy for Store and Head Office Employee.
- Research Learning and Development practices in order to meet organizational, department, and individual development needs.
- Produce and Maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures.
- Monitor and collate Learning and Development evaluation forms
- Manage the Learning and Development syllabus and timeline.
- Work dedicated for Erablue Electronics (joint-venture Retail Electronics Company between Erajaya Group & MWG Vietnam).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Experienced minimum 4 years as People Development/Trainer/other related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Attention to Detail, Pro-Active, and Communicative.
- Self-driven and Responsible is a must.
- Good Appearance, Easy Going, and Agile.
- Able to work in a Fast-Paced Industry and to work underpressure.
- Ready to work for office Monday - Friday at our Head Office in West Jakarta.
