**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, a proven track record of successful talent acquisition, strong leadership skills, and the ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin. This role will be critical in leading our recruitment efforts, developing strategies to attract top talent, and ensuring our hiring process is smooth and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Talent Acquisition:** - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  2. Stakeholder Management:** - Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. - Facilitate effective communication between the recruitment team and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring goals. - Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist in coordinating interviews and feedback.
  3. Offer Management and Onboarding:** - Develop competitive job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. - Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, working closely with HR and other relevant departments.
  4. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:** - Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Compliance and Best Practices:** - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Implement and maintain recruitment policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  6. Language Proficiency:** - Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing. - Assist with translation and interpretation as needed during the recruitment process.

**Qualifications:** -

  • Experience:** 3 to 6 years of experience in recruitment
  • Language Skills:** Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Cultural Awareness:** Understanding of cultural nuances and ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively.
