Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of production, from pre-production through post-production.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, crew, and cast to ensure smooth communication.
  • Collaborate with directors and writers to develop project concepts and scripts.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring all projects remain on track financially.
  • Recruit and hire crew, including camera operators, editors, and other technicians.
  • Ensure all production timelines are adhered to and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Review and provide feedback on project drafts and oversee final edits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a producer in media production or a related field for at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with industry software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut Pro or similar.
