Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Guest Relations Officer at JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR Co., Ltd. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, handling guest relations, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Replying to inquiries, and answering potential client questions.
  • Creating initial quotations, and preparing simple draft itineraries.
  • Assist the travel planning and operations staff in client management including checking of booking.
  • Take special care in maintaining relationship with B2B and VIP Clients

Qualifications

  • Conversational Japanese (N3 above)
  • Business English
  • Proficient in google suites (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides)
  • Having experience in handling clients especially travel agency or tourism industry is a plus

Compensation

IDR45,000-60,000/hour or 7,200,000-9,600,000/month (160h) depends on interview and completion of training period
