About the Role:
As the Head of CRM Analytics, your mission is to revolutionize how we manage the customer journey and optimize channel performance through actionable, cutting-edge analytics. You will play a pivotal role in advancing customer lifecycle management and improving overall CRM business performance by leveraging data-driven strategies that fuel growth and profitability.
Job Responsibility
- Promote and develop data-fueled analysis within the company to helps business improve customer engagement, x-sell and profitability.
- Optimize campaign management by usage of advanced statistical models: propensity to buy, propensity to attrite, next best offer, campaign optimization models
- Direct research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data (big data) to achieve targeted outcomes and information that company needs. Improve acquisition and portfolio understanding through relevant and actionable segmentation models
- Cooperate with internal CRM, Risk, and other teams to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
- Develop and Establish CRM Policy to manage the availability, usability, integrity, and security of the data sources available to the Company.
- Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for broader CRM and to inspire the adoption of advanced analytic and data science across the Company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree majoring in Statistics, MBA, Economics, Engineers. (Master degree will be preferred)
- 7+ years Experience in Data Analytics, Data Scientist in Banking/Financial sector.
- Experience in CRM Databases, SAS (or equivalent), SQL, MicroStrategy, Excel, Campaign Management.
- Strong background in advanced analytic techniques, such as multivariate regression analysis, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling.
- You excel at thinking strategically, synthesizing complex information, and providing actionable insights.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and inspire others to embrace data-driven solutions.
- Fluent English is a must for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
