  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to source qualified candidates
  • Maintain recruitment data and metrics to track performance and ensure continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the mining, industrial, or energy sectors is a plus
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and creative use of AI is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English is a must; Mandarin or other languages are a plus
