What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Create, deploy, and maintain CRM channel that promote new programs, advertised assets, and other digital campaign initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns including copywriting, automation, and tracking.
  • Liase with data analytics team to segement the audience and analyze the behavior to improve the quality of communication.
  • Conduct A/B testing to drive customers to the landing page, app page and do performance optimization for email campaigns, push notifications, and WhatsApp to optimize the user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics.
  • Understand and analyze the digital marketing KPO, develop report on result for the Go to Market team and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate on featured assets and content.

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • Min 1-2 year of experience in a CRM or Digital Marketing role
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Experience of App marketing campaigns
  • Good in organizational skills, project management, and collaborative mindset with a wide range of stakeholders.
