  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer at Afterwork Resto & Lounge in Cakung. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with guests.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
