About the Company:
Incumbent will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the organization's operations which will involve, amongst others, developing and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
About the Role:
The incumbent will provide strategic leadership that involves developing and executing long term strategic plans to align with the company's overall goals, driving organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives as well as to oversee financial performance and profitability of the operations department. As a Head of Operations, the incumbent is expected to have strong Operations Management skills to drive the development of resource and cost management optimization plans based on the market practice and business environment, front development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes, lead high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, provide mentorship and guidance to management. Monitoring and analyzing financial performance including P&L responsibility will be the responsibility of the Head of Operations and establishing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives that involves regular communication, personalized service, and ensuring that your company delivers value consistently. Relationship-building also includes fostering open channels for feedback and collaboration, which can help deepen customer loyalty and retention. Safety and Resilience is very important, and the incumbent's responsibility is to ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality standards and identify and mitigate risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in 3PL logistics operations management, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in Lifestyle, Fashion and Apparel verticals will have a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems
- A deep understanding of the 3PL industry and current trends
