Job Description

An Engineering Supervisor oversees the maintenance and repair of the facility’s infrastructure and equipment. The supervisor also addresses guest and staff maintenance requests, conducts regular inspections, and manages inventory of tools and supplies. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years in facility maintenance or engineering roles, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.
