  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer at Mari Beach Club. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, handling communication, Escorting guests to their table and performing receptionist duties in a vibrant beach club setting.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality or tourism industry preferred
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
