IT Support Infra (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience 1-2 in IT support, preferably in a data center environment.
• Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (such as Windows Server, Linux), and networking.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and storage systems.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Chinese language proficiency is a must

Responsibility:

• Monitor and maintain data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
• Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support new technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours as needed.
• Follow security protocols and ensure the data center environment complies with industry standards.
