  • As the Chief Partnership Distribution (CPD), you will lead and drive the bancassurance strategy, leveraging strong partnerships between the insurance company and bank partners to maximize revenue growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing sales initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and expanding market share through banking channels. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with bancassurance operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and delivering exceptional performance across the bancassurance distribution network.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in insurance, bancassurance, or financial services industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Having a certification in Risk Management or Financial Planning is preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall bancassurance strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives, fostering strong partnerships with bank partners to drive sales and profitability.
  • Channel Management: Build, maintain, and optimize relationships with bank partners to ensure seamless integration of insurance products within the bank’s ecosystem.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive bancassurance sales through effective management of distribution teams, developing and executing innovative campaigns, and setting clear performance metrics to exceed targets.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design bancassurance products tailored to bank Clients, enhancing value propositions and ensuring product competitiveness.
  • Training & Development: Equip bancassurance teams and bank partners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively sell insurance products and provide outstanding service to Clients.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all bancassurance activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management frameworks, maintaining high levels of governance and accountability.
  • Client Experience: Develop initiatives to improve the client experience, ensuring seamless product integration and superior service delivery within the bank channels.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the bancassurance strategy competitive and forward-thinking.
