Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade channel
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Have background experience in personal care and skincare
  • Have handled Modern Trade channels in the placements area

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize sales in NKA and Modern Trade Independent channels in the placements area
  • Maintain good communication with clients and key accounts
  • Achieve designated targets, such as sales target, product distribution and availability, and new clients target
  • Help with the execution of plans on the ground or store level
  • Handle complaints from clients and key account
